I worked several years in a multinational company (SDI Media International), where I was in constant contact with Estonians, Russians, Latvians, Lithuanians, Finns and Swedes. One of my duties was to ensure a constant and flawless communication between different countries and nationalities and also to influence them in a way that they could all work according to the same standards and systems.
